New Hire Reporting for the State of Arizona

The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld an Arizona law penalizing employers that knowingly hire illegal immigrants. The law, which can result in the revocation of an employer's business license, also requires the use of E-Verify [Chamber of Commerce v. Whiting, U.S. Sup. Ct., Dkt. No. 09-115, 5/26/11].
